We are seeking a highly experienced Licensed Architect to join our team at Stone Group Architects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead or participate in multiple projects, promoting clear communication and teamwork.
- Assist senior management in defining project scope, budgets, and contracts.
- Prepare and deliver project proposals and client presentations.
- Integrate sustainable design solutions and encourage green workplace practices.
- Oversee the selection of consultants and external partners.
- Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.
- Licensed as an architect in a U.S. state or NCARB-recognized jurisdiction.
- 10+ years of architectural practice experience.
- ACHA Accredited Healthcare Planner is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and InDesign is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of design trends, construction methods, and sustainability practices (LEED or Green Globes or B3 certification required within 12 months).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with federal, VA, or healthcare projects is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented team player capable of remaining calm under pressure.
