Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced General Manager to manage the overall restaurant operations, ensuring we remain the 1st Choice for our Guests and Employees.
  • This role involves executing restaurant plans, achieving sales and profit goals, and providing excellent Guest and Team service.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and profits.
  • Determine staffing needs and hire qualified candidates for the right position.
  • Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, and procedures, as well as Guest service standards.
  • Respond to complaints and policy or procedure violations promptly and professionally.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees on their performance.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and Guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred Food Safety Certified.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Microsoft Office and general systems experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours.
