We are in search of Field Supervisors to become integral members of our team, dedicated to enhancing connectivity across the nation.
Key Duties Include:- Overseeing and executing the Company's Construction Program, ensuring compliance with established construction guidelines, practices, and policies at each job site.
- Being available for emergency call-outs as required.
- Acting as the company's representative, engaging with customers, developers, property owners, utility companies, and local governments.
- Coordinating, leading, and providing support to crews, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring timely completion of construction schedules.
- Upholding all Corporate Policies and Procedures.
You will need to effectively organize, plan, and prioritize your daily tasks while working independently and meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting professionally with all team members.
Candidate Profile:We are looking for individuals who possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience within the telecommunications sector.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, practices, and regulations related to the construction of fiber optic and copper cable outside plant facilities.
- Familiarity with both aerial and underground construction techniques and engineering requirements.
- A valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in various weather conditions, including adverse weather.
- A proactive attitude and strong self-motivation.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including overtime and weekends as necessary.
