Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for processing government and commercial claims and payments, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage government and commercial claims and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including physician orders and signatures.
- Notify administration of any missing documents or discrepancies in patient records.
- Manage logs and rosters to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Work in a metrics-based environment to meet productivity and quality standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in home health or hospice billing.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with DDE, E-solutions, Waystar, and/or Nthrive a plus.
