Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The RMR Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of our properties, providing a safe and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the property
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all equipment as directed
  • Inspect and maintain all tools in excellent condition
  • Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, involving electrical and plumbing, A/C and heating systems, appliances, and other systems
  • Inspect and help coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services
  • Report all major repairs and need requisitions to the Maintenance Supervisor prior to any expenditure of funds
Requirements
  • High level of proficiency in written, verbal, and arithmetic skills
  • Ability to plan and juggle multiple tasks and lead the Service team
  • Current certifications in EPA, CPO
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management
  • High School Diploma required, College preferred
