Role Description:

We are in search of a skilled and team-oriented Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical or private practice setting, particularly with children and adolescents. Our services include psychoeducational assessments, neurodevelopmental evaluations, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a nurturing atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Provide targeted treatment for youth facing behavioral and emotional challenges.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop clear and actionable treatment plans based on best practices.
  • Engage in team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.
  • Participate in training and mentorship opportunities for less experienced staff.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

The position requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours as desired. Evening and weekend availability is encouraged. While this role does not currently offer health benefits, competitive compensation and additional incentives are available for those willing to take on a higher caseload.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD).
  • Active license to practice psychology in the relevant state.
  • Experience in child and adolescent psychology within outpatient settings.
