We are seeking a skilled Radiology Nurse to join our team at Billings Clinic. As a Radiology Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging department.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in a variety of procedures, caring for patients from infancy to late adulthood, in modalities such as interventional radiology, CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and MRI.
- Provide moderate sedation for most procedures done in radiology, working closely with physicians to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, with patient acuity varying from stable to ICU level of care, making critical care experience a plus.
- Take call and be on call once a week, from the end of the shift until the beginning of the next morning, and one weekend every 4-6 weekends, depending on the total number of nurses in the department.
- Minimum 2-year / Associate Degree ASN, with a preferred 4-year / Bachelors Degree BSN within 4 years of hire.
- RN at hire, with experience in critical care, conscious sedation, interventional radiology, angiography, and nuclear medicine desirable.
- ACLS and PALS certification required.
