Job Title: Executive Support Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer.
This is a remote, full-time position at 40 hours per week, offering a compensation range of $26,000 - $28,800 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external constituents
- Schedule and ensure smooth execution of in-person meetings, executive events and virtual meetings
- Prepare draft agendas, PowerPoint presentations, project summaries, and agendas and oversee distribution of meeting materials
- Attend board meetings, board committee meetings and other select executive level meetings, drafting and distributing minutes and overseeing necessary follow-up actions
- Support CEO with all staff appreciation initiatives
- Coordinate events for CEO including speaking engagements, team-building activities, and partner meetings, ensuring seamless execution of all logistics
- Compose and prepare emails, letters, and notecards for volunteers, councils, alumni, donors, and partners on behalf of the CEO
- Work closely with departments to secure relevant data and reports for chief-level staff to support decision-making processes
- Manage senior staff calendars, coordinating meetings, conferences, and related travel arrangements as needed
