Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Manage front desk activities, including answering phone calls and directing clients to the appropriate team member
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as processing deposit payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
