Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial reviews of payment requests, verifying the completeness and accuracy of documentation to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various payment methods utilized within the organization.
- Provide accurate transparency reporting to stakeholders.
- Initiate requisition purchase orders for healthcare professional expenditures.
- Communicate any payment timeline issues to relevant business owners.
- Facilitate closeout meeting activities to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
- Address and resolve any payment and reporting discrepancies.
- Identify and propose process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The individual will be expected to work Monday through Friday, with in-office attendance required on designated days.
Work Environment:
This position will involve a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence on specific days of the week. The role is designed to support the finance department in achieving its objectives efficiently and effectively.
