Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced martial arts instructor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. Your expertise and enthusiasm will help create a fun and supportive learning environment that fosters growth, discipline, and self-confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging martial arts lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students, helping them to improve their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Supervise students during training sessions, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, promoting a cohesive and effective learning experience.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, using clear and concise language to convey important information.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children, preferably in a martial arts or educational setting.
  • Teaching certification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Physical stamina to engage in regular physical activity and respond to emergency situations.
