We are seeking a Production Technician for our client, Cynet Systems.

Position Title: Production Technician

Location: Bothell, WA

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $19/hr - $22/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute routine manufacturing tasks according to established protocols, with the ability to identify deviations from standard practices.
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Measure and verify raw materials.
  • Assemble, clean, and sanitize production equipment while monitoring operational processes.
  • Complete work instructions and uphold a cleanroom environment to meet regulatory standards.
  • Train to achieve proficiency in the operation of primary production machinery within the designated area.
  • Develop proficiency in process systems (e.g., Syncade MES and Oracle interfaces) and related business systems (e.g., Oracle, ETQ, BMRAM).
  • Assist in the revision and creation of process documentation, including SOPs and electronic work instructions.
  • Help maintain inventory levels of materials and components.
  • Promote a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate in teams and engage continuously with team members and other manufacturing groups throughout the production process to share information regarding ongoing batches.
  • Handle assignments that are routine in nature, exercising judgment to resolve issues and make standard recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in laboratory settings involving blood and animal samples.
  • Ability to handle hazardous materials.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience working in collaborative team environments where collective contributions and results were essential.
  • Proficiency in standard computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and web-based tools.
  • Experience where attention to detail and personal accountability were vital for success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, being attentive and approachable.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and productive relationship with management and colleagues.

Skills:

  • 0-2 years of cGMP manufacturing experience preferred or equivalent work experience or education.
  • 2-4 years of education in Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, or Chemistry is preferred.
  • Experience in maintaining cleanliness in work areas and adhering to laboratory or food safety protocols is preferred.
  • Experience working closely in small teams is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with industries that require strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures or Work Instructions is preferred.

Education:

  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Required: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
