About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Analogic. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance on compensation, benefits, and leave management.
Key Responsibilities- Compensation: Assist with various compensation matters, including acting as the go-to support arm for HRBP's on the annual merit cycle, supporting decision-making on promotional and new hire salary recommendations, supporting managers in creating job descriptions and conducting compensation market research as needed, conducting salary structure reviews/redesign as needed, completing compensation surveys.
- Benefits: Support annual benefits renewals, enhance benefits communications, and research benefits vendors. Act as contact for employees with benefits-related questions.
- Leaves: Administer leaves of absence, ensure compliance with leave laws, and communicate leave processes to employees and managers.
- Compliance and Reporting: Assist with preparing and submitting employment practice reports and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- HRIS Support: Learn and become proficient in the UKG HRIS to provide support on reporting and HR metrics and analytics. Act as backup to HRIS SME.
- Special Projects: Support HR projects and additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Operations or similar HR role, with strong knowledge in compensation, as well as experience with benefits and leave management, HRIS and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Understanding of HR laws and regulations, especially as it pertains to compensation and benefits.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, including effective interpersonal skills working across all levels of an organization.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work with and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience with UKG a strong plus.
