You will be responsible for:
  • Processing purchase orders and following up on incorrect POs
  • Daily bank reconciliation, utilizing expertise in bank portals
  • Managing the AP inbox with quick turnaround times
  • Coordinating bi-weekly payments to four entities

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Accounting Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years' experience in accounts payable
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
