Paralegal Specialist

Our team is seeking a Paralegal to support our attorneys with discovery, medical summaries, and billing summaries, as well as deposition and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will have civil litigation and insurance defense experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

• Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certificate
• 1-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in Insurance Defense or Personal Injury
• Familiarity with Court Rules and Procedures
• Background in preparing disclosures, discovery responses, and trial preparation
• Strong software skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience working in an electronic/digital environment
