Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic finance leader to join our team as Vice President, Finance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial strategy and planning, ensuring the financial health and stability of our business, and providing expert financial guidance to our President and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the President and leadership team on key business decisions
  • Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve financial performance

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, including CFO experience
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams
  • International experience and M&A experience are a plus
