Maintenance Superintendent

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Live In Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at Multifamily Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 105 residential property in Ossining, NY.

• Efficiently complete all daily work orders, communicating any delays with the supervisor in the management office.
• Troubleshoot repair and maintenance issues involving electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry.
• Work with the office team to ensure all turn-over repairs and services are completed and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records for preventative maintenance, building mechanicals, service requests, and apartment turn-over status.
• Respond to after-hours on-call emergencies.
• Stay current on all applicable building codes and safety standards.
• Maintain trash and assist in the proper clearing of snow during a snow event.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance maintenance, and boilers.
• Customer service and a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor.
• Team-player with a clean driving record and personal, reliable transportation for on-call emergencies.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Experience in multifamily maintenance and experience involving public contact preferred.
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
