Responsibilities: As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • One year of RN experience
  • At least 6 months of recent Home Health experience
  • Current RN License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Valid auto insurance
