Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist - Behavioral Health Specialist

Job Summary: RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team in a behavioral health setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inpatient pharmacy practice and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend patient rounds and provide support and knowledge to the team on psychotropic medications and therapeutic drug monitoring.
  • Liaise with LTC pharmacy Polaris to ensure consistent and timely delivery and access to medications.
  • Perform administrative functions, including auditing data and chairing the Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee.
  • Support TJC preparation by performing monthly medication room inspections.

Qualifications:

  • PGY-2 or behavioral health experience as a clinical pharmacist in patient rounds.
  • Knowledge of TJC standards.
  • Comfortable with Excel spreadsheets.
  • Ability to order lab work.
