Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct needs analysis with prospective customers and present tailored sales solutions.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks to support sales activities.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training programs to stay up-to-date on products and services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas in high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales.
  • Stay informed about competitors' activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English language.
  • Passion for sales and customer service.
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions
  • Spends approximately 90% of time in an outside environment for extended periods in any season.
  • Minimal time in an office environment.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive pay and benefits package that rewards employees for their contributions to our success, supports all aspects of their well-being, and delivers real value at every stage of life.

Base pay for this position generally ranges from $27,600.00 to $45,800.00, with additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.

Commission earnings target starting at $65,000.
