Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Pet Supermarket team as a Pet Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in finding and purchasing pet products that meet their needs and preferences by utilizing your product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and offering product recommendations in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed to create an enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system while maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide support when needed to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm while working long periods of time on your feet and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
