Liberty Health is proud to offer a rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care by following physician orders, facility policies, and state/federal regulations.
  • Administer medications as directed by physicians and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and train nursing assistants to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Collaborate with physicians during rounds and provide support as needed.
  • Perform various treatments and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a clean environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to research projects as assigned.
  • Support new admissions, unit/hall assessments, and scheduling annual physicals with attending physicians.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina and commit to ongoing professional development.
  • Genuine interest in geriatric nursing and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • CPR certification and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams.
  • Ability to analyze situations critically and make informed decisions.

Compensation: $68,000 - $88,000 annually, depending on experience.
