We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Laborer to join our team at Coastal View Construction LLC. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by loading and unloading construction materials, removing debris, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Material Handling: Stack and prepare tools and building materials for projects, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
- Team Support: Provide assistance to team members throughout all stages of projects, ensuring efficient completion.
- Debris Removal: Remove trash, debris, and hazardous materials from the area to prepare the site for construction.
- Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience using construction equipment, such as forklifts and power tools.
- Construction Background: Experience with construction builds is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates on the job.
- Communication and Teamwork: Must be able to take direction, work independently, and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Demands: Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and physical strength to perform the job requirements.
$25 - $30 hourly
