Key Responsibilities:- Cleanliness and Preparation: Clean walls, ceiling, and trim surfaces to remove dirt, dust, and grease.
- Surface Protection: Protect floor coverings to prevent damage.
- Repair and Painting: Patch and repair walls, fill holes, cracks, and imperfections in walls and ceilings, and paint ceilings, walls, doors, and trim.
- Quality Control: Touch up walls or fully paint units prior to the resident moving in.
- Work Environment: Clean up the work area daily, keeping a neat and tidy environment.
- Communication: Communicate well with the team and collaborate to ensure the unit is ready by move-in date.
- Driver's License: Applicant must have a valid driver's license.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Demands: Physical strength, stamina to stand for long periods of time, and dexterity is required.
- Skills: Strong time management, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of basic painting materials and tools is preferred, but we will provide training.
$18 - $22 hourly
