Your Role:
As the Manager of the Cath Lab, you will play a crucial role in shaping the patient experience, advocating for policies that prioritize patient welfare, and fostering an environment conducive to innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the Cath Lab
  • Develop and maintain an engaged and motivated team

Qualifications for Success:
  • Licensure and Certification: Current RN license is required; candidates without RN status should possess relevant certifications. ACLS and NIMS certification must be obtained within six months of employment.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in cardiovascular services and at least 2 years in a supervisory role within healthcare.
