BioLife Plasma Services is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and quality products to our patients. As a Donor Screener Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Donor Screener Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for screening new and repeat donors to determine their eligibility to donate plasma.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Screen new and repeat donors to determine eligibility
  • Take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
  • Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate donor compensation and assist with identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasionally lift materials up to 32 lbs.
