About the Job

Reap Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Antioch, CA. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients, including conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating various health conditions, and prescribing medications as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing with a Master's degree or higher, current licensure to practice as a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner in the State of California, and certification from an accredited nurse practitioner program. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide primary care services to patients, including conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating various health conditions, and prescribing medications as needed
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  4. Collaborate with medical doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  5. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in healthcare

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner in California
  • Certification from an accredited nurse practitioner program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$135,000 per year, plus benefits that include 100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, two weeks of vacation (increasing after one year), 13 paid holidays, sick leave accrual, optional employee-paid dependent health coverage, 403b retirement account with matching, flexible spending account, employee assistance program, and HRSA loan repayment program eligibility. Our estimated annual salary is $128,500.
