We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Allan Myers. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor field managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources and expertise to complete projects.
  • Quality Control: Inspect construction work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce the Allan Myers Safety Program, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, field managers, and customers to ensure successful project delivery and maintain professional relationships.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of heavy civil construction experience, with at least 2 years of Superintendent experience required.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 hour certification required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
