Job Summary:

As a Manufacturing Specialist at Aerotek, you will play a critical role in the production of medical devices, including catheter assembly under a microscope. This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 months, working directly with Engineers and Supervisors to ensure product integrity and quality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture medical devices, including catheter assembly, under a microscope, following Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Successfully complete training on production tasks, including the use of microscopes, production tools, and equipment.
• Operate tools and equipment, and complete documentation as required, including inventory counts and other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with Engineers to develop process documentation and ensure product quality.
• Work directly with Engineers and Supervisors to ensure product integrity and quality at all times.

Requirements:

• Microscope Assembly and Catheter Assembly experience.
• Inspection and Quality Control skills.
• Working knowledge of adhesives, EFD dispensers, and UV curing systems.
• Excellent Communication and Teamwork skills.
