Electrical Journeyman

At Jess Howard Electric, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Journeyman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of electrical projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of other electricians and apprentices to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Plan and layout electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures to meet job specifications and local codes.
• Enforce OSHA safety requirements and company safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Test and inspect electrical systems to identify hazards and defects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman certification from an accredited apprenticeship school.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Class A CDL and Fire Alarm license in good standing.
