Housekeeping Associate

At Mirbeau Inn & Spa, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sanitize and clean guest rooms during and after their stay
• Provide guests with information and directions within the resort
• Greet each guest with a professional, yet warm demeanor
• Ensure all housekeeping carts and closets are stocked with supplies and linen
• Remove all dirty linen, glassware, trash from guest rooms
• Dust all furniture, pictures, windowsills, wash floors, and vacuum carpets
• Clean bathroom fixtures, bathtubs, shower stalls, shower curtains, tiles, sinks, counters, and toilets
• Make beds, replace room amenities/supplies, and ensure all furniture is undamaged and functional
• Check for articles left behind and turn them in to lost and found
• Report any problems or unusual situations to Housekeeping Management

Requirements:

• Ability to learn job duties during a short period of training and follow directions efficiently
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
• Must be in good health and able to stand, walk, and lift-up to 40lbs for extended periods of time
• A neat appearance, a customer service mindset, and an attention to detail is necessary
