About the Role:
We're seeking a registered dietitian with expertise in nutrition principles and theories. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized nutrition care and education to patients, families, and caregivers. You'll evaluate nutritional status, develop care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient nutritional needs and develop tailored care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Design and implement nutrition education programs for patients and staff.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or a related field.
  • Registered dietitian certification (RD) or eligible for registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
