Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including sweeping floors, restocking supplies, and laundry duties.
  • Assist stylists with tasks as needed, including preparing guests for services and providing basic treatments.
  • Stay informed about our salon haircare products and services to assist guests with recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including performing duties behind the shampoo bowl.
Requirements:
  • Cosmetology student or 1+ year salon assistant experience.
  • Passion for the beauty industry, hairstyling, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with the salon team.
  • Team player with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive salon environment.
  • Continuous learner with a desire to stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a high-end salon setting.
