Overview:
LC Staffing is seeking a skilled Powder Coating Specialist to join our team in the Flathead Valley. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in powder coating who are looking to advance their careers in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Compensation:
$19 to $20 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to internal customers across various departments including manufacturing and engineering.
- Maintain a customer service-oriented approach while interacting with colleagues and clients.
- Utilize work orders, blueprints, and verbal instructions to execute powder coating processes and prepare necessary tools and fixtures.
- Conduct basic powder coating and assembly tasks using standard equipment such as powder coat guns, sandblasters, and pressure washers.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure adherence to specifications using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring proper handling of tools and materials to prevent loss.
- Adhere to safety protocols within the department.
- Develop skills to perform basic and repetitive manual tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
- Basic communication skills and a courteous demeanor.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
