Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly qualified Registered Nurse with a strong background in SICU - Surgical Intensive Care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months to 2 years of recent clinical experience, a current Nursing License in the state where working, and active BLS certification.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the SICU - Surgical Intensive Care unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Nursing License in the state where working
- Active BLS certification
- Minimum of 18 months to 2 years of recent clinical experience in SICU - Surgical Intensive Care
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
