Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and recovering the sales floor.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business results.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move throughout the store.
