Nursing Career Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our pediatric team at the James and Connie Maynard Children's Hospital. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care to children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care to pediatric patients, ensuring sensitivity to age-specific and unique needs of each individual.
- Develop and implement plans of care in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, taking into account the North Carolina Board of Nursing-Nurse Practice Act and other professional standards of care/practice.
- Foster effective communication among healthcare team members to ensure seamless transitions of care throughout the episode of care.
