Position Overview

The Cashier role is essential in providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a fast and friendly checkout experience to all customers.
  • Maintain store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises.
  • Engage with customers to inform them about our Rewards program and assist with enrollments.
  • Participate in inventory processes, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Support shrink prevention initiatives through exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in merchandise recovery and the returns process.
  • Interact positively with customers and team members, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
  • Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, as it enhances your ability to connect with our customers effectively.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of moving throughout the store and performing regular bending, lifting, and reaching tasks.
  • Comfortable lifting heavy items and using ladders to access high shelves.

Work Environment

This position is set in a public retail environment, where you will interact with customers in a climate-controlled space. Some tasks may require outdoor work or time spent in stock rooms that may not be climate-controlled.
