The Role:

As a Crew Member, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing and serving smoothies and other beverages to exact recipes and standards.
2. Providing prompt and friendly service to every customer, answering questions and making recommendations as needed.
3. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, restocking supplies and equipment as necessary.
4. Assisting with new partner training and positively reinforcing successful performance.
5. Contributing to positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner morale and performance.
