Job Description:- We are seeking an experienced Teller Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of employees engaged in teller functions.
- Supervise and Coordinate Teller Activities: Ensure that work is performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Proactively Identify Changes in Members' Needs: Recommend relevant services and financial solutions to help members achieve financial success.
- Recognize Referral Opportunities: Refer members for specialized services, including investments, real estate, commercial, and other financial needs.
- Develop Teller Work Schedules: Provide adequate levels of service to members.
- Audit Teller Cash Drawers: Remove cash to vault when necessary.
- Perform Other Duties: Assist teller staff during peak periods and perform other duties as needed.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus one to three years related experience and/or training in a full-service financial institution.
