Job Overview

Elmington Property Management is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process for Covenant Crossing in Nashville, TN.

This role requires a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the maintenance team and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
  • Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
  • Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry issues.
  • Address landscaping and snow/ice removal concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
  • Perform service requests promptly and correctly.
  • Utilize computer systems and software to access emails and company resources.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
  • EPA/HVAC/CPO certification preferred.
  • Bilingual experience and multi-family experience are required.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain the physical condition of the property.
  • Proficiency in hand tools and power tools.
  • Building maintenance and repair expertise.
  • Flexibility to respond to issues outside of normal work hours.
  • Accurate time reporting and adherence to company policies.
