Job Summary

Northeast Counseling Services is seeking a skilled Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our Assertive Community Treatment Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide counseling rehabilitation services to consumers in their communities, utilizing an aggressive outreach approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling rehabilitation services to consumers in their communities
  • Collaborate with a comprehensive team of professionals, including psychiatrists, mental health nurses, therapists, and certified peer specialists
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support consumer goals and objectives
  • Conduct home visits and provide support to consumers in their communities

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
