As a Care Team Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding service to patients as an integral member of the clinical care team.
- Assisting patients with personal needs and daily living activities, gathering data, and ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Supporting patient care within the defined scope and under the guidance of a clinician.
- Facilitating various logistical, clerical, equipment/supply, and charge reconciliation tasks for the unit.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and following instructions in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multiple patient care skills is preferred.
- One year of experience in a healthcare-related field, sterile processing, patient transport, or similar responsibilities is desirable.
