ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: At The Nonantum Resort, our mission is to deliver unforgettable, high-quality experiences to our guests while ensuring a supportive and respectful workplace. Our Maintenance team plays a crucial role in maintaining the resort's operations and providing prompt assistance to guests requiring maintenance services.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Address maintenance requests from guest rooms or communal areas promptly.
  • Engage in routine hotel maintenance and preventative care.
  • Manage pool chemical levels.
  • Coordinate with external service providers as necessary.
  • Efficiently organize and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team and submit daily updates to the Maintenance Director.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Minimum age of 16 years.
  • Prior experience in maintenance or handyman roles is advantageous.
  • Ability to repair basic household items.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Adherence to high ethical standards.
  • Punctuality is required.
  • Capable of working independently and following written guidelines.
