Position Overview:
As a vital member of our healthcare team, the Clinical Dietitian Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional nutritional care to both in-patients and out-patients within designated areas. This role adheres to established protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' nutritional needs.
- Develop and implement tailored nutritional care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, providing reports as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to coordinate nutritional care for all patients.

Leadership Duties:
- Oversee pool and weekend staff to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical quality.
- Guide daily operations, recommend clinical best practices, and lead performance improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to nutritional care.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required), Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an acute care environment, along with advanced certification and/or a Master's Degree (Required)
- Licenses/Certifications: LDN-LIC, PA Dietitian Nutritionist (Required), Registered Dietitian (Required)
