We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at Recruitics JB. As a PICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill children, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill children, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage complex medical equipment, including ventilators and ECMO machines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- 1 year of relevant experience in pediatric critical care.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification.
