Dishware Sanitizer

About the Role:

As a Dishwasher at Ruby Tuesday, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels. This includes setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the dish machine area, following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements. You will also be responsible for washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware, as well as bagging and hauling dish room trash.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels
Set up, maintain, and break down the dish machine area following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements
Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
Bag and haul dish room trash
