We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to work with our team in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state licensure. Experience in a school-based setting is desirable, but not required. The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services to students. The caseload will focus on PreK and Grades 2-5. The Speech-Language Pathologist will also collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate speech and language goals into the overall educational plan. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate speech and language goals into the overall educational plan.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: Contract basis.
  • Full-Time preferred, Part-Time candidates considered.
