Optician Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and customer-focused Optician to work independently within the Main Optical Wauwatosa location, supported by the Vision Associates Network. As an Optician, you will be responsible for solving visual needs and building loyalty among our patients, while also analyzing and resolving customer service issues.

• Work with patients to identify their visual needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Analyze and resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that all finished eyewear meets our optical standards and customer requirements.
• Support the policies and procedures for operating the dispensary and ensure best practices are delivered to enhance patient satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in the optical industry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, life, and dental insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
