About This Job

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Crew Team Member at McDonald's. As a Crew Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
  • Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
  • Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
  • Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
  • Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
